Material and care
Use a hand wash or wool programme with a low spin cycle and wash as gently as possible. Washing results may vary depending on the machine, detergent and load size. As with many cotton textiles, it is not advisable to leave the plaid exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods. The denim variant may fade more quickly due to the recycled post consumer jeans used in the yarn.

- Hang outside to air if needed
- If washing is required, use a wool or hand wash programme at 30 degrees
- Spin at a low setting
- Avoid drying on a radiator or in direct sunlight

Eastown wool & recycled cotton throw
The Eastown plaid is stylish, versatile, sustainably produced and perfect for keeping you warm when temperatures drop. Whether relaxing on the sofa or enjoying a summer evening outdoors, it is the ideal companion. This generously sized and soft plaid is made from German wool, Lenzing viscose and recycled cotton. The colour of the yarn comes from the recycled cotton itself, meaning no additional dyes are required. In the denim version, recycled jeans are used in the weft, carefully sorted, shredded and spun into new yarn. Thanks to the special weaving technique, the front appears blue or brown, while the reverse reveals ecru coloured wool yarns. The brown label is made from vegan, sustainable material.
