All our prices include VAT according to the rate (9 or 21%).
What payment options are there?
It is possible to pay with:

All payments are made in a secure payment environment.
How long does it take to receive my payment?
That depends on the payment method you choose.
If you pay with iDEAL or credit card, we will receive your payment immediately. We will send your order the same or next day, provided the products are in stock.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, it will take 1 to 2 working days for the payment to reach us.
I have lost my invoice. Can I get a copy?
That is no problem at all! Send us an e-mail by means of the contact form on our website with your order number and/or your address details so that we can look up the order in our system. We will send you the invoice by e-mail as soon as possible.
My payment failed. What now?
That is very annoying. In that case please contact the customer service, they are happy to help you!
My credit card has been rejected, why?
Usually this has to do with your credit card company. We advise you to contact your credit card company first. If that doesn’t help, please contact Customer Service. We are happy to help you!
