Do I pay shipping costs?

Don’t worry. We cover the shipping costs for most products!

* Unfortunately, since we want to keep the pricing of all our items as competitive but also realistic as possible at all times, it is not always possible to ship the item for free. Due to increasing transportation costs we will therefore charge shipping costs for some items. At the moment this mainly concerns our outdoor pools. For these we charge 95 euros shipping costs (shipment within the Netherlands).

What should I do if my order is delivered damaged?

In the unlikely event that your order is delivered damaged, you must refuse the delivery or, if you accept the shipment anyway, make a note on the delivery note. Only in this way can we still discuss possible transport damage with the carrier. Please notify us of the defect as soon as possible after discovery. Will someone else sign for receipt? Please make sure that this person is properly instructed and knows what he/she is signing for.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We understand that you would like to enjoy your new outdoor furniture and accessories as soon as possible. If the items you ordered are in stock, they will be delivered within 48 hours. Unfortunately we can never guarantee this as we outsource the transport to third parties. Of course we always strive, together with our partners, to deliver your order as soon as possible. If for any reason you – or your neighbors – are not at home, the shipment will be sent to the nearest depot where you can pick it up within 7 days. After that the shipment will be returned to sender. Larger packages and pallets are returned and will be offered to you at additional cost. So please ensure that someone can receive the shipment. This to avoid disappointment and unnecessary delay.

How can I track my order?

As soon as our carrier has received your order from our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail. So you can follow the shipment yourself. For pallet shipments, you will be informed by e-mail when to expect the shipment. Orders will therefore only be processed if you leave your e-mail address and telephone number when ordering.

What should I keep in mind if my order is delivered on a pallet?

Some showpieces from our collection must be packed and transported on a wooden pallet because of their weight and/or size. Pallets will be dropped off by the driver as close to the front door as possible. However, this depends on your living situation. So you have to take care of further movement within your home or in/to your garden yourself.

What do I need to consider if I live on a Wadden Island?

A surcharge applies for shipments to the Wadden Islands. These are available on request.

Do you also deliver to Germany and Belgium?

Yes, we do. The delivery time for shipments to Germany and Belgium is approximately 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, we can never guarantee this as we outsource the transport to third parties. Of course, we always strive with our partners to deliver your order as soon as possible. As soon as the shipment is on its way you will receive an email telling you when to expect the shipment. Due to increasing transportation costs, we are obliged to charge shipping costs for large shipments. If you are not at home the shipment will be offered again at additional cost, so make sure that someone is available to receive the shipment.


Our carriers are DPD, Logique and Rhenus NL. Parcels up to 30 kg and smaller than 175 cm are shipped with DPD. Parcels heavier than 30 kg and larger than 175 cm are sent by Logique and Rhenus NL transports pallet shipments.
