Do I pay shipping costs?

No worries. We cover the shipping costs for most products!

As we always aim to keep our prices as competitive yet realistic as possible, it is unfortunately not always feasible to offer free shipping. Due to increasing transport costs, we are therefore required to charge shipping fees for certain items. Currently, this mainly applies to our outdoor bathtubs. For these, we charge €120 shipping costs (within the Netherlands).

 

What should I do if my order is delivered damaged?

If your order is unfortunately delivered damaged by the carrier, you must refuse the delivery or—if you still accept the shipment—make a note of the damage on the delivery note. This is the only way we can address potential transport damage with the carrier.
We kindly ask you to report the issue to us as soon as possible after discovering it. If someone else signs for the delivery on your behalf, please ensure they are properly informed and understand what they are signing for.

 

When can I expect my order?

We understand that you would like to enjoy your new outdoor furniture and accessories as soon as possible. If the items you ordered are in stock, they are typically delivered within 48 hours within the Netherlands. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this, as we outsource transportation to third parties. Of course, together with our partners, we always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
If you—or your neighbors—are not at home at the time of delivery, the shipment will be taken to the nearest depot, where it can be collected within 7 days. After that, the shipment will be returned to the sender. Larger packages and pallets will be returned and can be re-delivered upon request for an additional fee. Please make sure someone is available to receive the shipment to avoid disappointment and unnecessary delays.

 

How can I track my order?

As soon as our carrier has collected your order from our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email. This allows you to follow your shipment.
For pallet deliveries, you will receive an email notification with the expected delivery date. Orders are therefore only processed if you provide your email address and phone number during checkout.

 

What should I consider if my order is delivered on a pallet?

Some items from our collection need to be packaged and transported on a wooden pallet due to their weight and/or size. The driver will place the pallet as close to your front door as possible. This depends on your living situation. You are responsible for moving the goods further inside your home or into your garden.

 

What should I consider if I live on a Wadden Island?

A surcharge applies to shipments to the Wadden Islands. These costs are available upon request.

 

Do you also deliver to Germany and Belgium?

Yes, we do. Delivery to Germany and Belgium takes approximately 3–5 working days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this, as we outsource transportation to third parties. Of course, together with our partners, we always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive an email with the expected delivery time. Due to rising transport costs, we are required to charge shipping fees for larger shipments. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the shipment can be rescheduled at an additional cost. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

 

Carriers

Our carriers are DPD, Logique, and Rhenus NL. Packages up to 30 kg and smaller than 175 cm are shipped with DPD. Packages heavier than 30 kg and larger than 175 cm are shipped by Logique, and Rhenus NL handles pallet shipments.
