Material and care
The Yosemite is made from high quality synthetic wicker, carefully hand woven around a sturdy aluminium frame by skilled craftsmen. Each picnic basket carries its own unique mark of craftsmanship. The lid is made from sustainable teak wood. Teak naturally develops a grey patina over time and gradually changes from its original colour. Greying, knots, growth rings, small filled areas and fine surface cracks are not imperfections but natural characteristics of this beautiful material.
- For cleaning, we recommend using a solution of water and mild soap
- Allow it to soak briefly and clean with a soft brush
- Rinse thoroughly and let the basket air dry
- The teak elements can be cleaned with a damp cloth
