How do I place an order?
Placing an order is very easy. Follow the steps below to place an order.
- Go to your chosen product.
- Click on the large ‘Add to cart’ button.
- Click on ‘Continue shopping’ to continue browsing the assortment or click on ‘View cart’ to pay.
- Fill in your details and go through the steps: Details, Delivery, Payment Method, Finalize.
- At the end of the ‘Payment method’ step, when you confirm your purchase, your order is final.
- Changes can still be made before the order is paid for and confirmed.
- You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail when the order has been successfully placed.
Is the shopping basket button not visible? Then your chosen item is out of stock and cannot be ordered. Leave your email address and we will send you an email as soon as the product is back in stock.
Can I have my order delivered somewhere else?
Of course you can! You can check the box on the checkout page if you want your package delivered to an address other than your billing address. Check the box and an extra form will pop up. Enter the desired delivery address here and you will receive your order at this address.
Would you like to change the delivery address after placing your order? If so, please contact customer service.
Do I pay shipping costs?
Don’t worry. We cover shipping costs for most products!
* Since we want to keep the pricing of all our items as competitive but also realistic as possible at all times, it is unfortunately not always possible to ship the item for free. Due to increasing transportation costs we will therefore charge shipping costs for some items. At the moment this mainly concerns our outdoor pools. For these we charge 75 euros shipping costs.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
If you still want to cancel your order after payment, we advise you to contact customer service by phone. If your order has already been shipped, we can unfortunately no longer make any changes.
My address is not recognized. How is this possible?
