How can I return my ordered item(s)?

We are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your ordered item. Although we try to present all our products as clearly and realistically as possible, it may happen that you had slightly different expectations. You can return your ordered items by downloading our return form and reading and following the instructions carefully.

I ordered my item from a collaborating partner such as FonQ, Bol or Amazon.

If you did not place the order directly through our webshop but through cooperating partners such as FonQ, Bol.com or Amazon, please follow the return procedures as prescribed by these webshops.

How long does it take for my payment to be refunded?

Upon receipt of the returned goods, they will first be checked by us for damage, completeness and possible traces of use. As soon as we have established ourselves that the article is still in a new condition and has not been used, you will receive the purchase amount back within 14 days after the return.

Can I still return my ordered item?

We offer everyone a trial period of 30 days. Within this period you have the possibility to return the item undamaged and in its original packaging. The costs for returning the items are to be borne by the customer.

To which account will my payment be refunded?

The amount will be refunded to the account from which the amount was debited. It is not possible to change this account number. If you have used a gift card for your purchase it will be restored in value.

How should I return my ordered item?

We ask that you pack the item in the most original condition possible. By that we mean unused and undamaged. Avoid using duct tape but use transparent tape so that the packaging remains undamaged and can be reused. If a product is not properly packaged and therefore arrives to us damaged, it may affect the refundable purchase price.
